You can cancel your order at any time before its shipment, free of charge, except for specific cases such as custom orders (refer to details below).

Cancellations (Before Order Ships)

If the need arises to cancel an order, please promptly contact us so that we can provide a full refund before the order leaves our warehouse. Our agents are available during business hours at 1-888-667-4964, through the chat feature on our website, or via email at contact@autoshoptoolandsupply.com

Cancellations of Custom Orders

Please note that custom or made-to-order products cannot be canceled or refunded, as they are specifically crafted upon your order. This may include specially configured auto lifts, custom industrial equipment, or other specialized machinery. If it's unclear whether your order falls under the category of custom or made-to-order, we encourage you to message or call us for clarification.

All sales are deemed final for custom-made and made-to-order products.

Returns

All returns must be authorized prior to shipping. Contact our Customer Service Department (1-888-667-4964) for instructions and a return authorization number.

Customers may return any unused stock item in the original packaging within 30 days of purchase subject to a 20% restocking fee. All freight charges related to the original shipment and the return will be the responsibility of the customer.

We are sorry, custom manufactured items are not returnable.

No credit will be given on unauthorized returns.

Shipments refused by customers and returned to Auto Shop Tool and Supply will be treated as unauthorized returns. Credit will be subject to restocking charges and freight charges related to the return.

Refunds

Refunds are usually processed within 7 working days of receipt. However, during busy periods this may take longer. We will contact you via email as soon as we have processed your return. Please make sure that your inbox can receive emails from Support@autoshoptoolandsupply.com, as this is the email address that we will use to contact you.
We only offer refunds to the original payment method used to make the order.
